Nailed it!
The answer is The Model T.
Which car did Henry Ford introduce in 1908?
Why the answer is The Model T
Henry Ford introduced the Model T on October 1, 1908. It was simple, tough and easy to repair, built high to handle rough country roads. Farmers loved it, and it became known as the “Tin Lizzie.”
In 1913, Ford began using a moving assembly line, cutting the time to build a car from over twelve hours to about an hour and a half. Prices fell, and in 1914 he doubled many workers’ pay to five dollars a day so they could afford the cars they built.
For years the car came only in black, because black paint dried fastest. More than fifteen million Model Ts were built before production ended in 1927.
